Nope, and working on it.
Yes, and no.
sigh, not me. healthy bmi, but unhealthy gene
Same here :\ Went from 250 to 185, I'm a size 12/14 down from an 18/20. Still overweight/obese depending on the day :P
You so don't look it. : ) It look much smaller/thinner.
Yes and yes.
Thanks Buggy :) That's sweet X]
Not there yet, but working on it with great zeal.
I am! 5'0" -- 110lbs, my BMI is 21.5. I'm healthy indeed!
I'm actually trying to lose a little (5-10 at most), but only because I am an actor and my profession is obsessed with thinness. (Plus because I am short, I tend to play children, so looking overly womanly is not ideal.)
Yep. Mind you, I was healthy before I got here too.
Did I miss what the theory is? (Obviously, because I don't know it.)
Definitely not in a healthy BMI range. No, I don't think I'm healthy...because of the BMI thing.
it came out of this thread.
I was relatively healthy mentally, physically and BMI-wise until November, and then everything went all to heck. Now I'm unhealthy, but I'm going to fix what's ailing me.
Oh, I just came from that thread. That guy had some delusions. WTF was his point, exactly, 'cause this is what I got:
"Look at all you underweight people in the healthy BMI range. Why can't you be fat, like any normal person?!"
yes and yes.
Not only yes, but it's the high end of the normal range where I start looking fat, with extra chins and whatnot. Underweight looking, my ass.
