Now granted it isn't all natural or anything, but I discovered a great way to flavor plain non fat greek yogurt - I added half a packet to crystal light! Made it taste amazing without adding sugar or calories. Great for those days when plain yogurt just won't cut it!
Oh! I always do that! :D Peanut butter, diet hot chocolate packets, fiber one, sugar free jelly, and shredded coconut are other really tasty things to add in Greek Yogurt without adding a bunch of calories!
I add frozen fruit. Sometimes 1/3 of a bag, sometimes even 1/2 a bag! Super yummy/fruity and still low in calories. ð???
