I couldnt resist and gave in to a wagon wheel and now feel bad! How ridiculous. I just couldnt say no!
Log it. Adjust your day to accommodate it. And move on.
I have found that by logging what I feel are mistakes, I can see that they actually are not as bad as I thought and I can totally save the day by making different choices later on.
yeah Im not really into logging but logged everything I ate today and the chocolate fits fine within it. I hate to do a lot of guess work as I dont measure out food but think its still okay. Its not the end of the world and as long as I dont carry on like that throughout of the rest of the night (which I have been known to do) then theres no point in beating myself up about it!
