I'm probably in the water weight zone too... I cut sugar and soda so I'm only drinking seltzer and sparkling water along with regular water. I do cheat and have one soda a day right now but I'm trying to get rid of that. I know those 41g of sugar and 150 calories are not doing me a single favor.

Wish this week looked better for me but I guess it's not that bad. After last week's weigh in I went up to 184.4 and I've managed to lose most of that but I'm not under where I was so it's disappointing. Guess I can live with it and know that next week (hopefully) will be better. And I have to remember I did lose, even if I weigh more this week than last.
I changed my goal to be the solid 10# vs trying to go a little more. I figure maybe that will happen since I have a lot to lose and it goes faster (supposedly) that way in the beginning.... and I like this no pressure approach.

Rough week last week, crazier weekend... Hate that I didn't get to post this until now.
Only 2.8 to go! I'll probably gain this week since I didn't eat much last week and was running around a lot because my husband was in the hospital. But I'm motivated to work hard and lose these last few pounds. Feels good with the "end" in sight on this first challenge.
March 30: 189.4 lbs
Well... my scale got moved and the curve I was on has totally been blown out of the water after seeing what the nice calibrated one at the doctors said. 186.4 It's a piece of crap cheap scale from cvs so I guess I shouldn't expect much.
Totally blown what I thought was progress out of the water =/
Hope everyone else is on the right track for this goal. Going to amp up tae bo this week and hope that maybe I can offset some of this but no telling.
