Grill some chix. breast with taco seasoning or sauce
tsp. of salsa & guacamole
some FF cheddar
YUMMY and sooo easy! about 175 calories (w/o the pita)
Refried beans, tilapia, lettuce, tomatoes, and a spoonful of salsa
Chunked grilled chicked, sauteed asparagus, laughing cow wedge, tomatoes
peanut butter and jam
Some Hummus, roasted peppers, cucumbers, mushrooms and Grilled Chicken
Rotisserie Chicken with a little bit of BBQ sauce, avocado, tomato, purple onion and a little bit of FF white cheese (mozz, mont. jack etc.), and you can either eat it like that, or heat it in a toaster oven or microwave. Yum!!!
I adore pita bread. Here are some of my favorites:
- Hummus, sprouts, laughing cow cheese wedge and tomato
- Refried beans, diced chicken, lettuce and low fat shredded cheddar
- PB (I use PB2) and banana slices
- marinara sauce, low fat shredded mozerella, mushrooms and turkey pepperoni (much better microwaved!)
- guacamole, salsa, chicken, lettuce and cheese
- cheese, scrambled eggbeaters and a slice of lean ham
- fat free cream cheese, spinach and diced chicken
I could seriously go on and on!
Egg and tomato, cheese if you want - great for breakfast!

Curried chicken salad (a little different from the classic kind)
Various combinations of beans, rice, seasonings, and veggies
Sweet potatoes and black beans
Sauteed chicken and veggies in olive oil (or just the veggies)
Pizza pita (marinara sauce, a little cheese, and whatever meat or veggies you want to put in)
Grilled chicken and vegetables
Oh, I could go on forever....
Peanut butter and jelly
PB and banana
PB, jelly, and banana (DELICIOUS)
PB and apple
Banana, sugar free chocolate syrup, and marshmallow fluff
Apples, cinnamon, and Splenda microwaved until soft and gooey

I love boca's spicy chick'n patties in little slices with bean sprouts and low cal ranch...nummy
I bet meatloaf and fresh parmesan cheese would be to die for in pita.

I was just about to make that myself actually! Throw in the sauce, chicken, some cheese, and whatever veggies then microwave for a little bit!
