- boost drinks (boring, I know. But I'm pretty reliant on supplements at the moment)
- eggs (don't care for them much by themselves, but I like adding them in to things for extra protein)
- a nut butter of some sort
- coffee :p (okay, not a 'food' per se, but I need it in the morning!)

Spaghetti Squash, Butternut Squash, Eggs, Salmon, Nori, Green Beans, Spinach, Grass Fed Ostrich OR Beef, Hamachi & Eel - AHH HA HA HA! That is kinda what I eat every day, only ten foods, weird! LOL
