first of all, do you recommend taking vitamin supplements?
secondly, it says this bottle has 100 calories, however it also says it has 42g of carbs...so wouldnt that mean it contains 170 calories? there is no asparatame or sugar subtitutes listed on the label
Check the serving size - it could be just 100 calories per serving, and a bottle could have more than 1 serving. Be vigilant when it comes to reading labels or else you'd only suffer from it. :)
I don't necessarily recommend taking supplements if you can get it firsthand from food... however, if it helps you reach the daily requirements, I don't see why not.
I personally don't take them - I am too lazy to, and it's not a habit that I develop. I try to eat as healthy as I could though..
Take a good quality multivitamin, eat lots of whole foods (fruit, veg, fish, eggs, seeds) and ditch the sugar water.
girlabsolut - it said the whole serving! it was weird...
carmenxox - ya i forgot to mention im sick so i felt nauseous to eating any food, i wanted to get some calories in with the added vitamins
make a smoothie. far healthier and more nutritious than a vitamin water
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
