Anybody know how to find out how many calories you burn while inner tubing behind a boat. I've looked through all the calculators I can find and no one seems to have come up with a formula for it. Is there a comparable activity I can log instead? Thanks!
Unfortunately, the boat is doing most of the work for you so wake boarding or skiing aren't really comparable. However, I'm sure you expend energy hanging on and balancing. I think it would be equivalent to walking 3.0 miles an hour. Not really sure though. Sounds like a fun way to burn calories though!
