Weight 150 Height 6 foot 2.5 inches and im 15 years old
Morning 4.35 Mile Run at about 6.5 Mph or 8.5 Min mile Non stop with sprints inbetween about 38 minutes of running
Walking.. I walk about 3 miles in a day
boxing 5:30- 8.pm on thursday and tuesday
boxing 5:30- 7:15 mon wed
boxing 5:30-6:30 friday
Boxing cosists mostly of calisthenics, punching bag , sparring, gumping rope , generally usually 30 mins of aerobics and the rest anaerobic and calisthetics
saturday I do 4 mile run and 10 min rope skipping
Since people here seam to be so good at counting calories can someone give me an estimate of how much I burn daily. thank you

That's rather difficult to say what you burn for a week, overall.

You can Google and find dozens of calorie burn calculators. I'm not sure that the results for teens and adults would be exactly the same. It still comes down to quite a bit of guestimation, no matter which calculators you use.
The main things at age 15 are to fuel your growing body with healthy foods and get an intelligent amount of physical activity in.
