This is a low calorie recipe from low calorie cooking, only takes 15 minutes prep. time at 227 calories per 1/4 dish! Plus add 2 Tbsps frozen vanilla yogurt on top of each piece, or cheddar cheese..Yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Crisp Low-Calorie Baked

5 gala apples
0 tbsps splenda, (1 Tbsp reg splenda, 2 brown splenda)
2 tsps lemon juice
3/4 cups oats
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsps butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Apple Crisp Low-Calorie Baked

  1. Cut up 4 cups of apples, peel and core.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Sprinkle on top

  4. Put in 350 oven for 30 minutes.

  5. Makes 4 nice sized pieces

  6. Or 8 pieces with 2 Tbsps frozen vanilla yogurt on top.
